How to tour Cartagena
Cartagena is a walled city on the Caribbean. Getsemaní is the painted neighbourhood outside the gate. The clock tower is the way in.
Plaza de los Coches, San Pedro Claver, Plaza de Bolívar and the cathedral sit inside the walls. Las Bóvedas and the ramparts are the sea side. Castillo San Felipe is the fort on the hill. Café del Mar is the sunset on the wall.
On this walk you start in Getsemaní, enter at the clock gate, and cross the old city to the vaults and the walls. The fort is a short ride. Come back to the wall for the end.
